Located between Fairbanks Avenue to the North, Colonial Drive to the South, Highway 441 to the West and Orange Avenue as the Eastern boundary and set around 287 acres of lakes, including Lake Adair, Ivanhoe, Concord and Silver. College Park is also centrally located to Downtown Orlando, Lake Ivanhoe Village, Mills 50 and Winter Park. The homes in College Park vary from small cottages to vast estates. There is a place for everyone here. Its residents have recognized the wonderful haven that is College Park and have found living in College Park a true American Dream.

When in College Park you have got to try RusTeak. Our personal favorite dish is the Get Shorty summer peas, roasted garlic, sautéed wild mushrooms, sangria cherry tomatoes & spinach tossed with rigatoni pasta & braised short ribs, it is so good!
Our Favorite Coffee Shop
Credo has four locations around Orlando, one being in College Park. Credo lives by the philosophy that the coffee industry is dominated by big companies making bigger profits at the expense of those that grow it so they have adopted a name your price system.
